Itinerary

Day 1

Paris

Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

 

Day 2

Paris (B)

This morning embark on a half-day tour of Paris, the City of Lights, Visit the Notre-Dame, Le Marais district, a chic quarter is known for its food. Head up the Eiffel Tower. After, make your way to see the courtyards and visit the world-famous Louvre, the largest palace and museum in Europe. With an astonishingly rich collection of art ranging from Ancient Greece all the way to the 1 9th century, the Louvre is arguably unmatched.

Day 3

Paris (B)

Today visit the world's most illustrious monuments, the Palace of Versailles, which was the official residence of the Kings of France and their courts from 1682, until the French Revolution in 1789.

Afterwards, enjoy some free time to stroll through the palace's stunning grounds and formal gardens.

Day 4

Paris – Avignon (B)

Transfer to train station for the train to Avignon. On arrival begin the walking tour of Avignon and walk through the narrow streets filled with centuries of history, you'll visit the medieval ruins of Pont d'Avignon, walk up to the Rock of the Doms, visit the Avignon Cathedral.

Day 5

Avignon (B)

Today go for a half-day tour of the historic Roman city of Orange, and the wine of the Rhone Valley. First, head to Orange for a panoramic tour and drive by the Triumphal Arch of Orange then visit the Roman Theater of Orange. Drive to the vineyards between Orange and nearby Chateauneuf-du-pape, stopping to enjoy a guided wine tasting in a local cellar.

Day 6

Avignon (B)

Full day tour of Avignon and visit the sites of Provence like Pont du Gard, Les Baux de Provence, named one of the most beautiful villages in France, continue to Gordes and the village of Roussillon.

Day 7

Avignon – Nice (B)

Transfer to train station for train to Nice. On arrival embark on half-day walking tour of Vieux Nice, France's most Baroque old city, with pastel-coloured buildings, and charming cobblestone streets. Stroll the heart of the old town, with small squares and streets lined with lively cafes and patios, frequented by the local Nicois. Discover the small St Francis Square with its fish market and fountain,

Day 8

Nice (B)

Today you will go for a full-day tour of the coastal gems of the French Riviera. You will drive along the spectacular Lower Corniche between Nice and Monaco, which harbours typical Mediterranean villages and modern marinas, you will visit the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild,  later drive to Monaco and tour the old town, and visit the 12th century Prince's Palace and view the stunning Baroque revival architecture of the Oceanographic Museum.

Day 9

Nice (B)

Today visit the Mediterranean resort towns of Antibes and Cannes, and the world capital of perfume, Grasse. Explore the old town and see Billionaire's Quay, home to dynastic yachts and overlooked by the 16th century, Fort Vauban. Later visit the perfume factory, Fragonard.

Day 10

Nice

Transfer to Airport.
