Itinerary

Day 1

Vientiane

Arrive In Vientiane and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2

Vientiane-Vang Vieng (B)

City tour takes you to oldest Wat Sisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo. Visit That Luang Stupa and stop at the imposing Patuxay Monument. Drive to Vang Vieng famous for its stunning scenery and limestone outcrops.

Day 3

Vang Vieng-Tham Phoutham (B)

Enjoy a bike ride along some quiet tracks, taking in stunning limestone karst scenery and car  back to Vang Vieng, enroute visitng an organic farm for a lunch overlooking the Nam Song River.  Board a boat and cruise down the Nam Song River, taking in the beautiful scenery along the way. 
Note: non-cyclists have the option of travelling by private car.

Day 4

Vang Vieng-Lung Prabang (B)

Transfer to the station for train to Luang Prabang. Arrive and take a tour visiting quaint Royal Palace Museum, Heuan Chan Heritage House.

Day 5

Pak Ou Caves (B)

Visit Pak Ou Cave and a boat ride on Mekong downstream, making a stop at Wat Done Khoun temple, a unique temple situated on an island in the Mekong. Continue to Luang Prabang.

Day 6

Khouang Si Falls (B)

Early morning ritual of offering alms to saffron-clad monks with their black Alms-giving bowls. transfer out to beautiful Khuang Si Waterfalls.

Day 7

Luang Prabang (B)

Transfer to the airport.
