Itinerary

Day 10

Bandhavgarh – Agra (B/L)

Enjoy an early morning Jungle safari in the Park. In the evening you will be transferred to Umaria Railway Station to connect overnight train to Agra.

Day 18

Sasangir Wildlife Sanctuary (B/L/D)

Early morning Jeep Safari int Gir Forest National Park / Game drive . Return for breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day at leisure enjoying the facilities of the lodge. After lunch, get ready for another thrilling game drive. Afternoon Jeep Safari into the Gir Forest National Park / Game drive.

Day 17

Mumbai – Rajkot – Sasangir Wildlife Sanctuary (B/D)

Transfer to Mumbai Airport to connect flight to Rajkot where you will be transferred directly to Sasangir Wildlife Sanctuary. Besides Africa, Gir NP is the only place in the world where you can spot lions roaming free in the wild. As per the census in 2015, the Park has 523 lions, 300 leopards and huge variety of wildlife including 4-horned antelope, Sambar deers, hyenas, jackals, fox and smaller carnivores. The Park also gives shelter to over 200 species of birds, more than 40 species of reptiles and amphibians.

Take an afternoon Jeep Safari inside Gir NP.

 

Day 16

Jaipur – Mumbai (B)

Transferred to Jaipur Airport to connect flight to Mumbai. In the afternoon, proceed for tour of Mumbai visiting Prince of Wales Museum, built in 1904 and designed in the Indo-Saracenic style. A mere five-minute walk from this prestigious museum stands – Gateway of India; It was built to commemorate the visit of King George V in 1911. It is a magnificent structure overlooking the Arabian Sea. Also visit Gandhi Museum and the bustling Dhobi ghats, the washermen’s village. Later drive through Marine Drive an esplanade in a sweeping curve, also called the Queen’s Necklace, strung with glittering street lights like an enormous pearl necklace, and is at its most beautiful when lit up in the evening.

Day 15

Jaipur (B)

Morning excursion of Amber fort,  a honey-coloured fortress-palace in the Aravalli Hills. Enjoy a jeep ride along the fortress ramparts. The sombre exterior belies the richness of the royal apartments which open on to striking views of the gorge. Walk into the Sheesh Mahal and admire the amazing interior décor thought of over 200 years ago. The Hall of Victory presents a galaxy of decorative art panels of alabaster with fine inlay work.

Afternoon city tour of Jaipur, driving past Hawa Mahal, an elaborate building encrusted with delicate honeycomb screens and carved balconies. Jai Singh’s Observatory built in the 17th century by the founder of Jaipur who, besides being a prince was also soldier, astronomer and builder. This is an architectural feat. Visit the City Palace now a museum exhibiting fine Rajput and Moghul paintings, rare manuscripts and an armoury.

Day 14

Ranthambore – Jaipur (B)

This morning, you will be transferred to Jaipur by road. Afternoon at leisure to explore this colourful city on your own

 

Day 13

Ranthambore (B/L/D)

Early morning Jeep Safari in Ranthambore NP. Return for breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day at leisure enjoying the facilities of the lodge. After lunch, get ready for another thrilling game drive. Take an afternoon Jeep Safari into the National Park.

Day 12

Agra – Ranthambore (B/L/D)

This morning you will be transferred to Ranthambore National Park by road en-route visiting the magnificent fortified ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri. Continue driving to Ranthambore, is primarily known as the home to Royal Bengal Tigers, it boasts being home to a large number of mammals, reptile, and bird species and is one of the finest places to view wild animals. Ranthambore NP has a rich population of leopards, sloth bears, several deer species, marsh crocodile, palm civet, jackal, desert fox, serpent eagle, waterfowl that along with others make 40 species of mammals, 35 species of reptiles and 320 species of birds. Ranthambore is a very special and unusual area where a natural present meets a historical past.There are many ruins of bygone eras scattered all over the jungle, which give it a unique, wonderful and mixed flavour of nature, history and wildlife.

Day 11

Agra

On arrival at Agra Railway Station, transfer to your hotel. Afternoon proceed for a Agra city visiting the wonder, Taj Mahal, the most extravagant monument ever built for love. Stroll down the ornamental gardens laid out along the classical Mughal charbagh lines. A short drive away is the Agra Fort where Shah Jehan spent the last years of his life, imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb. This immense fort and palace was the seat of power for four generations of Mughal emperors. Agra Fort’s architecture is an almost perfect fusion between military might and lavish beauty.

Day 9

Kanha – Bandhavgarh (B/L/D)

Today you will be transferred to Bandhavgarh National Park by road. Bandhavgarh NP is India's top dwelling for tigers, it has the highest density of Royal Bengal tigers in the world. All the white tigers of the world trace their roots to Bandhavgarh NP. The sight of the majestic tiger, up close and personal, is said to trigger a sense of awe in you. Bandhavgarh NP is home to the royal Bengal tiger, 37 other species of mammals, 250 species of birds, 80 species of butterflies. Within the park is the Bandhavgarh Fort now in ruins and largely overrun by the surrounding forest.

Day 8

Kanha (B/L/D)

Morning and evening Jungle safaris in the Park.

 

Day 7

Nagpur – Kanha (B/L/D)

This morning you will be transferred to Kanha National Park by road. On arrival, check-in at hotel. Kanha National Park is one of India’s largest national parks with an area of 1945 sq.km.

Day 6

Kaziranga – Tezpur – Kolkata – Nagpur (B)

Early morning you will be transferred to Tezpur Airport to connect flight to Kolkata. Upon arrival, you will be met and will proceed for short orientation tour of Kolkata. Visit the Jain temple, the Kali temple and the Victoria Memorial. Also, drive past the Howrah Bridge, the Dalhousie Square, Fort Williams, and the Old Court House Street. Later, you will be transferred to airport for your flight to Nagpur. On arrival at Nagpur Airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel.

Day 5

Kaziranga (B/L/D)

Early morning proceed for elephant ride. Later, return to hotel for breakfast. Then proceed for afternoon Jeep Safari inside the Kaziranga National Park

Day 4

Guwahati – Kaziranga (B/L/D)

This morning you will be transferred by road to Kaziranga National Park. The park is famous as the last major home of the great one-horned rhino. The park also has numerous wild buffalo, sambar, swamp deer, wild boar, elephants and a wide variety of shallow-water fowl.

Day 3

Kolkata – Guwahati (B)

Morning transfer to Kolkata Airport to connect flight to Guwahati. On arrival at Guwahati Airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing tour of Kamakhya Temple. Kamakhya Temple is located on the top of Nilachal Hill and this temple is considered as the greatest of all the Shaktipithas in India. Kamakhya is known for its rare natural beauty and one can enjoy an arial view of the city of Guwahati and the mighty river Brahmaputra flowing below.

 

Day 2

Kolkata (B)

Full day tour visiting the India Museum with its Italian architecture, Howrah Bridge, the most famous symbol of Kolkata, Victoria Memorial, a splendid architectural structure in white marble, and St Paul's Cathedral.

Day 19

Sasangir Wildlife Sanctuary-Diu-Mumbai (B)

Early morning take the Jungle Safari to visit the Forest. After, you will be transferred to Diu Airport to connect your flight to Mumbai. Proceed to connect your onward flight or extend your stay in India.
