Please note we are not charging any penalties for cancellations of bookings away from a cancellation period. Even if they are within the cancellation period, we are trying our best to get all or most of the penalties waived off. However, we are charging NZD 100 per person service fee for bookings, which were due to operate from May onwards but postponed till next year. No other cancellation penalty or amendment fee is charged for any ground arrangements.

Travel bans and social distancing in Singapore

With immediate effect, Singapore residents are advised to defer all travel abroad. This is to avoid being infected abroad and spreading infection within the country.

Effective 20 March 23:59 hours, all Singaporeans, permanent residents, long-term pass holders, short-term visitors entering Singapore will be issued 14-day Stay-Home Notice ( SHN). They are not allowed to leave their residence/abode, even to purchase food and essentials.

All Short Term visitors with travel histories to the following destinations within the last 14 days are not allowed entry or transit through Singapore until further notice:

  • Mainland China
  • South Korea
  • Iran
  • Italy
  • Germany
  • France
  • Spain

General Situation

  • No impact to operations with the exception of increased health screening.

  • Passengers who have been to Mainland China, South Korea, Iran, and Northern Italy in the previous 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Singapore.

  • Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) elevated to Orange on 7th Feb.

  • Singapore will block entry or transit for visitors who travelled to Italy, France, Spain and Germany within the last 14 days. Date of effect: Sunday 15th March 2020.

  • From 16th March 2020, any passengers entering Singapore with recent travel history to ASEAN countries, Japan, Switzerland or the United Kingdom will be issued with a 14-day stay-home notice.
